Article Title: Back-to-school Gadgets
What is the author's purpose?
Expository/Informative
What is the author's main idea within this article?
To explain the difference between school during his times and school now, preferably how technology has changed everything. So in short terms, how school has evolved.
Provide evidence to support his/her main idea.
"Say so-long to paper cuts and backaches: Traditional textbooks are becoming a thing of the past."
With what ideas do you agree?
I agree that the evolution of classroom tech is helping students learn better because I am a senior in high school and it has been a "tech-world" my whole life. So kids are used to using computers and iPads.. so learning with them will draw them into learning more.
With what ideas do you disagree?
The only part that I disagree with is that "Powerbag". The bag is not designed to technically help you carry stuff for school, it is more designed as a charger for all the tech devices that you use. What happens if you're walking outside to your car and it rains? The electricity could kill you. I think I'll have to pass on a deadly backpack.

How can I become a more active participant in my learning?
How can I take responsibility for my learning?
To become more active participant in my learning I am going to give my opinion more to teachers.
I can make sure that I am comfortable learning the way that they ask me to.
